FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How does a Community Organization membership benefit me?
A: The majority of our annual budget goes to maintaining our 3 neighborhood entryway signs and the landscaping around the signs (including the flagpole at the Sequoia entrance). We also coordinate fun community events, including an Easter egg hunt, deck crawl, block party, Halloween decorating contest, and more! These activities not only make West Wind a wonderful place to live, but also contribute to our property values, keeping West Wind one of the most highly desirable neighborhoods within Naperville.
Q: Do I have to belong to the West Wind Community Organization?
A: We are a voluntary organization. You do not have to join, but only current members are able to participate in the neighborhood events. We encourage all households to choose to join our voluntary organization each year to enjoy these community events and help us continue to upkeep our beautiful neighborhood entrances.

Q: I want to join, but don't plan on joining events. Do you offer different levels of membership?
A: We only offer one option to join. Our annual fee is kept at a small amount, which is meant to be used for all our goals.
